END of MEETING
NOTES:
1. This is a provisional schedule - it will be revised as we approach the meeting.
2. There will be a large emphasis on extended discussion of the talks, and on the discussion of certain key themes. This is why the talks are relatively short.
3. The spread of disciplines represented by the different speakers and participants is quite broad. It will be helpful if speakers can avoid making their talks too specialized, and if they can use the talks as an opportunity or platform to address what they think are the important themes and questions raised by their work. Provocative talks will be welcome! One useful tactic to adopt is to have a set of one or more questions at the end of a talk, designed to provoke discussion.
4. There are also a number of 'SPECIAL SESSIONS', the themes of which will be decided as we go along.
